Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to supervisors and/or site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site protocols, assisting with visitor processing and reporting access‑related concerns. Support day‑to‑day operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports related to incidents, patrol activity, and/or policy violations. Minimum Requirements: Access control and badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card/license is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
