Mission: To manage critical accounts receivable, invoicing, and billing operations, enabling an entry-level professional to gain valuable experience and grow within a stable construction and engineering firm. What You'll Actually Do Accounts Receivable: Manage invoicing and billing processes for approximately 50 customers. Payment Application: Apply customer payments to various projects with multiple line items. Vendor Invoices: Perform weekly data entry of vendor invoices into the company system. Collection Calls: Initiate limited collection calls to customers, as most accounts pay on time. Financial Support: Assist with reconciliations, provide variance support, and contribute to construction draws. The Must-Haves Background: Entry-level professional with a preferred Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience in accounting.
