By shooting, editing, and growing social channels, you’ll turn the residency’s intense atmosphere into compelling stories that resonate with future unicorns. Gain unprecedented access to a network of 6,000+ founders and industry leaders, documenting the intense milestones and guests within a Mission Dolores residency. This is a high-autonomy role where you operate as a founder, scaling the brand across X and YouTube with the potential to become the face of the organization. What You Will Do Plan and produce weekly short and mid-form video content documenting founder life, residency energy, and technical milestones. Grow the X and LinkedIn accounts through high-taste storytelling, growth experiments, and authentic tech-world engagement. Spend time inside the SF and European residencies to capture the raw, behind-the-scenes reality of building billion-dollar companies. Ideal candidate Extreme agency and hustle; you thrive in unstructured environments and can execute a full content strategy without a pre-existing playbook. Proven ability to grow social audiences, particularly on X, with a deep understanding of the founder mindset and startup ecosystem.
