Then, we provide construction support through plan clarification and contractor and field surveyor coordination. Our Surveying/Engineering staff has provided economical and efficient surveys/designs for numerous projects, boundary/topographic surveys, ranging from single family residential, large commercial and industrial developments and municipal projects.THD Design group is looking for a Experienced Surveyor/ Crew Chief. We are seeking an experienced Survey Crew Chief for our St. Louis Design Team. You will serve as the on-site expert ensuring projects are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.If you are seeking an opportunity with a company you can grow with and you possess leadership qualities and a solid work ethic, THD Design Group wants you!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Lead and manage the ALTA/NSPS Land Title SurveysPlan, organize, and execute field survey operations across multiple statesOperate and maintain survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, etc.)Interpret project requirements, plats, deeds, and legal descriptionsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and quality of field data collectionCommunicate effectively with project managers, office staff, and clients as neededMaintain daily field notes, reports, and documentationQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
