We treat all our patients, families, referral sources and staff with dignity and respect.If you'd like to be a part of a steadily growing company who continuously strives for excellence, being part of the Excell team is for you.Qualifications:We want people to join our team who are qualified, caring, ethical, honest and professional.Current OT License in the state of CA with 1 year experience.Initiative diagnostic, preventive and rehabilitative procedures as appropriate to the patients care.Ability to Create a Plan of Care by evaluation and assessment of patient's levels of functionality; and maintain continuity of and or multidisciplinary services whenever needed to ensure good coordination of care.Highly Motivated with Passion for working with the senior population and the ability to blend healthcare and hospitality service philosophies.Timely Documentation according to state, federal and organizational guidelines.Dependable, Good communication and Organizational Skills.Ability to work alone and as a team member.Participation in Staff meetings, and In-Service Reviews.Requirements:Active Occupational Therapy License in the state of CA.Dependable Transportation, Current Driver's License and auto Insurance.Current CPRAbility to perform the physical aspects of the position.TB testing.Required experience:1 year: 1 yearHome Health experience preferred but not necessary: 1 year
