To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Key Responsibilities: Covers the terminal of the part with epoxy to ensure water resistance after soldering has been completed; Places part in oven to dry; Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work; Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards; Accomplishes production quotas; Conducts himself/herself in a business-like and civil manner; Working consistently, working overtime when required; Keeps work area clean and orderly; Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned; Skills and Requirements: Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident. Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of Potting Line procedures; Performs light electronic and / or electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and scope; Performs frequent spring linking as required; Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently utilize standard production small hand tooling and fixtures; Ability to work from samples or simple visual aids; Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instruction in English; Ability to work with a number sequence; Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions; Be team oriented and possess flexibility and adaptability.
