Now hiring Electronic Assembly Technician Location: Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Requirements High school diploma or GED required; technical training or an Associate degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing, electronics assembly, cleanroom, semiconductor, or related technical production experience required. Experience with cable assembly, harness assembly, soldering, testing, inspection, or troubleshooting preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and work instructions. Basic computer skills and experience using manufacturing documentation systems. Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Duties Assemble electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Perform wiring, cable harness assembly, hand soldering, component installation, and equipment setup while maintaining quality and production standards. Operate manufacturing and semiconductor assembly equipment to support processes such as die attach, lead bonding, testing, marking, sealing, and packaging. Conduct helium leak testing, module testing, subassembly testing, inspections, and troubleshooting to ensure product performance and reliability. Read and interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation to complete assembly and testing activities accurately. Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment while maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and production team members to resolve issues, improve processes, and meet production goals. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit or stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Frequent use of hands, fingers, and arms for assembly, wiring, testing, and inspection tasks. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally and move materials as needed. Ability to bend, reach, kneel, crouch, grasp, push, pull, and safely use ladders. Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and work around manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, chemicals, and varying noise levels.
