HR Manager - Manufacturing – Immediate Opening!
The HR Manager will be directly responsible and accountable for the overall administration coordination and evaluation of the human resource function for a stable and growing St. Louis Manufacturer. Ideal applicants will have direct experience in a plant/manufacturing HR role (union or non-union), hands-on payroll/HRIS systems, recruiting and onboarding, and benefits administration. Prior responsibility for safety/OSHA compliance and full-cycle talent acquisition in industrial settings is highly valued.
The Salary Range is 85 to 120k and based upon prior depth and breadth of work experience, education, and overall skill set.
Our client would like a candidate with the following experience:
• A bachelor's or Associate's degree with equivalent education and experience.
• 7–10 years of progressive human resources experience, with a strong background in a manufacturing, distribution or more industrial environment.
• Strong recruiting background
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Management
• Proven ability to manage the full HR function, including employee/labor relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and safety programs.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong onboarding experience
