Project Manager - Industrial & Manufacturing

Overview We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects — from Mission Critical & Data Centers to complex manufacturing facilities up to $200M. Experience with cold storage and food & beverage processing is a plus. This range is provided by Scott Humphrey Corporation. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus and Stock options What You’ll Do Own the project from preconstruction through closeout — schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Lead subcontractor selection, negotiation, and performance management Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teams to keep projects on track and aligned with goals Track progress and proactively solve issues before they impact schedule or budget Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure repeat business What We’re Looking For 3-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on large-scale industrial/manufacturing projects Proven ability to manage $50M–$200M+ projects from start to finish Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software and construction documentation A track record of delivering projects safely, on time, and on budget If you’re ready to take ownership of major industrial builds and work with a team that values both high performance and strong relationships, we’d like to talk.
