Production Sr. Supervisor

You can look forward to these exciting tasks: Managing production output status, ensure effective information flow in line with daily action, respond proactively to KPI and volume trends to safeguard highes levels of production efficiency. Working with the cross-functional core team (e.g. ME, Maintenance, Quality) to resolve disruptions to takt by driving timely, cross-functional problemsolving and prevention All aspects of leadership driving "Right first time" and "Safety First" culture in line with company & legal requirements. Working with Production Manager and WPS to identify/implement continuous improvement activities to achieve performance and WPS 2.0 maturity level improvements for the area. Support Production Manager in budget planning and control Proactively support new launches and provide feedback / lessons learned to the Launch Team from the production perspective. Driving 5S activities to ensure standards are maintained or improved. Proactively support risk assessments in the area, ensuring unsafe practices and equipment are identified and eliminated. This is what you bring to us: Working experience in an automated manufacturing environment, preferably in Automotive Additional training for leading people & applicable local labour laws Profound technical knowledge of production processes in the area of responsibility Good knowledge of applicable quality systems and health, safety & environmental (HSE) requirements including relevant customer specific requirements, significant/critical characteristics and product safety Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications used in the production area Good knowledge of basic problem solving and continous improvement tools (e.g. 5 Why, Fishbone, TPM, 5S etc) Basic knowledge of data safety and protection requirements Applications from qualified individuals with disabilities are expressly welcome.
