We are proud to support a collaborative, inclusive, and patient-centered care environment.\nPosition Overview:\nWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled General Dentist to join our team. This is a full-scope clinical role focused on providing preventive and restorative dental care to patients of all ages in a community health setting.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n Perform comprehensive oral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.\n Deliver preventive and restorative care, including cleanings, fillings, extractions, crowns, and sealants.\n Educate patients on oral health practices and hygiene.\n Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff to provide seamless patient care.\n Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the electronic health record system (we use [insert EHR, e.g., Dentrix or eClinicalWorks]).\n Follow clinical protocols, infection control standards, and OSHA compliance.\n Participate in clinical quality improvement and team huddles.\n May provide supervision to dental assistants or dental hygiene students.\n\nQualifications:\n\n DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school\n Active and unrestricted Oregon Dental License\n Current DEA registration and BLS certification\n Experience working with diverse or underserved populations preferred\n Commitment to health equity and integrated team-based care\n\nSalary & Benefits:\n\n Salary Range: $200,000 – $225,000 annually, DOE\n Loan Repayment: NHSC and Oregon State Loan Repayment Program eligible\n Benefits Package Includes:\n Full medical, dental, and vision coverage\n Generous PTO and paid holidays\n 403(b) retirement plan\n CE allowance and paid licensing fees\n Malpractice coverage (FTCA or private)\n\n
