Klamath Pulmonary and Critical Care and the Klamath Sleep Medicine Center are seeking a highly motivated, compassionate, and dedicated PA, FNP, or midlevel provider to join our established Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine practice in Klamath Falls, Oregon. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is interested in practicing in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with exposure to a broad range of pulmonary, critical care, and sleep medicine services.

Our physician-owned private practice is conveniently located adjacent to the hospital, allowing for close coordination of inpatient and outpatient care. Our accredited sleep lab and DME program, recognized by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, support a comprehensive approach to diagnosing and managing sleep-related and pulmonary conditions. We take pride in providing attentive, high-quality care while maintaining a supportive and professional workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, nursing teams, respiratory therapists, sleep lab staff, DME personnel, and other ancillary staff. We are looking for someone who is professional, reliable, eager to learn, and committed to contributing to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment.

This position offers the opportunity to participate in inpatient consulting, including evaluation and management of patients in the ICU and on the general medical floor, as well as outpatient care for patients with sleep medicine and pulmonary needs. The role may be tailored to the providers clinical interests, experience level, and long-term professional goals.
