Internal Medicine Physician

Title: Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
Location: Klamath Falls, OR

We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Primary Care Physician specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to join an outpatient practice in Klamath Falls, OR. The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care with an emphasis on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.

• Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient clinic setting.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education.

• Perform preventive health assessments and wellness care.

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, laboratory studies, and imaging.

• Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.

• Participate in quality improvement and practice development initiatives.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Minimal inpatient involvement; no weekend or on-call requirements.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

• Valid Oregon medical license or willingness to obtain Oregon licensure.

• Ability to obtain an Oregon Medicaid number.

• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and documentation skills.

• Outpatient primary care experience preferred.

• Must be available for a full-time, 40-hour workweek.

• Residency candidates are not being considered.

• The organization is willing to wait for Oregon licensure and DEA certification.
