What You’ll Be Doing Set up and operate CNC milling machines (Haas, Fadal, or similar) Load tooling, set offsets, and prove out programs Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Run first article parts and support inspections Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Deburr and finish parts to meet high-quality standards Follow setup sheets, travelers, and quality procedures Keep your workspace clean, organized, and efficient What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of CNC milling and setup experience Hands-on experience with tooling, offsets, and workholding Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances Familiarity with inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators) Experience with Haas or Fadal controls is a plus Strong attention to detail and pride in your work Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Exposure to 5-axis machining Experience holding tight tolerances (.001” or better) Familiarity with Mastercam or other CAM software Aerospace or AS9100 environment experience Swiss machining exposure Compensation & Benefits $20–$30/hour (depending on experience) Health benefits (after eligibility period) Opportunity to grow your skillset and advance Why Join Us?
