Back-of-House ManagerWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Back-of-House (BOH) Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. The BOH Manager will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and managing a team of kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.Manage and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.Create and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and manage labor costs.Oversee food preparation processes to maintain consistency and quality in menu items.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and ensure availability.Collaborate with the Front-of-House Manager to optimize workflow and enhance overall restaurant efficiency.Ensure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.Handle and resolve any kitchen-related issues or conflicts promptly and professionally.Conduct regular inspections of kitchen equipment and facilities to ensure functionality and cleanliness.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Requirements:Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager, BOH Manager, or similar role in a restaurant setting, preferably in fast-paced environments.Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.Extensive knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Food Safety Manager Certification is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary commensurate with experience.Paid time off and vacation days.Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company.Employee discounts and perks.
