Now hiring for CNA overnight shifts, part-time!

 

North West Home Care is hiring an Overnight Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to work supporting one client. This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to stay awake and engaged during overnight hours to ensure safety and comfort for our clients.

 

Please note: All new hires attend daytime orientation during their first week. Orientation is scheduled from 1030 PM-7:00 am, Sunday

Compensation

 

• Hourly Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hour depending on experience

 

Shift

Sunday

· 10:30 PM-7:00 am

 

 

 

Schedule:

 

• 2-6 hours

• Overnight

 

Benefits - insurance available for full-time employees

 

• Additional bonuses and rewards are available.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Stay alert throughout the overnight shift 10:30 pm-7:00 am

• Conduct client checks and respond if assistance is needed

• Write and submit a shift summary by 5:00 AM

• Assist early risers with basic morning routines (hygiene, meals, medication)

• Record observations and activities using electronic documentation

• Administer medications and use Mandt behavioral support techniques as needed

 

• Available to attend mandatory daytime orientation (8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday) during the first week

• Pass a background check

• Drug testing is required under Montana law

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with basic electronic documentation

• Experience preferred but not required – paid training is provided
