What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and other referral partners
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the restoration and construction industries
- Represent Thomasville Restoration at networking events, trade shows, and community functions
- Deliver presentations that promote Thomasville's services and value proposition
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure leads are properly followed up and converted into projects
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM software
- Track performance metrics and report weekly progress to leadership
- Provide market feedback to management regarding competitor activity and client needs
- Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Follow up with clients post-project to maintain long-term partnerships
Who You Are
- Experienced in managing construction or home improvement projects
- Experienced in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in restoration, construction, or related industries)
- Strong communicator with exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups both in person and virtually
- Organized with strong time management and follow-up abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Professional, personable, and committed to representing Thomasville's values in every interaction
As a Business Development Manager, you are the face of Thomasville Restoration within the community and industry. Your ability to build genuine relationships and identify growth opportunities directly drives our mission of restoring homes and rebuilding lives. By connecting our services to those in need, you help strengthen both our business and the trust we build with every partner and customer.
