Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist Job duties: Selecting and shipping customer orders accurately and in the timeframes required Checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices Preparing and maintains records of merchandise received and shipped Putting stock away in the warehouse or preparing for shipment Managing inventory of products stored in the warehouse; ensuring inventory accuracy Working with carriers to schedule pickups of shipments to customers and vendors Updating computer system with shipping/receiving activity and managing inventory locations Ensuring packages are on time and accurate for customer shipments Ensure products are packaged properly and professionally, exercising due care to mitigate the possibility of damage during shipment Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment Light assembly of products. Occasional building maintenance tasks, like changing light bulbs, etc. Skills / Abilities: Excellent communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Excel, Etc. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., unassisted Climbing rolling warehouse ladders using proper technique Able to follow written and/or verbal instruction Work both as a member of a team and independently Shift: 1st Shift - Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Benefits of working through Westside Personnel at this position: Full time, 40 hours a week position, Monday - Friday PAID WEEKLY Temporary to permanent position - hired on probationary period Additional benefits through Westside Personnel are available to long term employees; referral bonuses, safety bonuses, healthcare, holiday, and vacation after requirement is met Raises
