Digital Learning Librarian

Seeking a full-time, dynamic Digital Learning Librarian to lead library services and asynchronous learning supports for a large, self-paced online community, focusing on information literacy, digital fluency, and student success in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Design, deliver, and assess virtual library services and instructional resources to enhance student research skills and academic success Collaborate with academic teams to integrate library resources into courses and support initiatives that improve learner engagement and persistence Maintain and improve library websites, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with institutional needs Required qualifications Master's degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS), Master of Library Science (MLS), or equivalent from an ALA-accredited program Experience designing and delivering online instruction and virtual library services for remote learners Demonstrated ability to create engaging instructional content and learner-centered support resources Strong technology skills for managing multiple digital platforms and systems Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently in a remote work environment
