Paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), with guidance and support from mentors and peers. A culture that supports you driven by the values of collaboration and shared success, not competition What You’ll Do: You’ll work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years who have a diagnosis of autism, in a center-based environment. Day to day, that means: Delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), guided by individualized treatment plans Building skills through play, connection, and the kind of presence that helps a child feel safe enough to try Tracking progress and documenting sessions using ABA technology Creating a safe, positive environment for every child you work with Preparing for your RBT certification exam within your first 45 days What We Offer: Competitive Pay No RBT yet? Start at $17.41–$18.50+/hour with paid training to become an RBT in 45 days RBT certified? Start at $18+/hour, with opportunities to grow to $24.50/hour $1,000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) with company match $500 referral bonus Paid time off, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement Full health benefits for full‑time team members 1:1 client sessions—no group billing or overwhelming caseloads A career pathway to become a BCBA with our BCBA Rise Scholarship program that provides up to $10,000 in financial support for your Master’s degree What we’re looking for: Full-time availability Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Must be 18 or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Reliability — showing up for scheduled hours and staying on top of administrative tasks Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days Interest in psychology, education, healthcare, or human services — experience with children is a plus Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment — we’ll prepare you Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed Why this work?
