The starting pay range for this role is $90,000 – $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications. What You’ll Do Provide clinical supervision for a caseload of 8 children and direct oversight of 10 team members in the intensive ABA program. Ensure individualized treatment plans are implemented with fidelity and align with best practices. Maintain compliance with Fraser standards, licensure requirements, and ethical guidelines. 2. 000 hours of supervised clinical experience and/or training in the examination and/or treatment of people with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or a related condition
