Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and expand a robust pipeline by developing new business and deepening relationships with existing accounts.
- Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers through a value-based, consultative sales approach.
- Conduct on-site client engagements, delivering tailored solutions that address complex operational challenges.
- Lead the sale of comprehensive, turnkey solutions and related technologies.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive sustained revenue growth and market penetration.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate ROI and business impact.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle-from prospecting and qualification through negotiation, award, and implementation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Strengthen and expand partnerships to elevate brand visibility and uncover new opportunities.
- Leverage CRM tools and sales systems to maintain an organized, proactive, and high-performing pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in consultative sales, ideally within a technical or engineered solutions environment.
- Experience working with municipal or utility-based customers and navigating complex buying processes.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure systems and operational environments is highly valued.
- Established relationships within relevant sectors are a significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
- Willingness to be hands-on in understanding product applications and operational use cases.
- Ability to travel approximately 50-65% within the assigned territory.
- Highly motivated, relationship-driven, and skilled at managing long, complex sales cycles.
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to deliver outstanding service and long-term value.
