Manufacturing Process Engineer

SynQor seeks a recent Engineering Bachelor’s Degree graduate for the position of Manufacturing Process Engineer responsible for providing engineering support to high volume manufacturing processes. Responsibilities Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing and assembly process and methods to obtain maximum productivity levels Identify and implement cost reductions Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment Instruct, help, guide, and mentor operators Recommend engineering design changes as needed Develop and maintain process work instructions Data collection and analysis to drive continuous process improvement and root cause corrective action Process control and process improvement activities Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical) 1 - 3 years of experience preferred Required Skills Basic understanding of manufacturing processes used in the electronics manufacturing industry. Examples include knowledge of SMT placement, reflow soldering, thru‑hole soldering, hand assembly, and SMT repair. Ability to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks. Strong mechanical aptitude. Electronics manufacturing experience a plus.
