Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)We are seeking a skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting, demonstrating strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients presenting to the emergency department.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.Provide patient education and support to families during crisis situations.Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department.QualificationsMust possess current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting is required.Certifications required: ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, TNCC.Must be able to work 6 weekends every 6 weeks.Ability to manage patient ratios of 1:3 effectively.Work ScheduleThis position involves working three 12-hour shifts per week, specifically during daytime hours from 07:00 to 19:00.Dress CodeStaff are required to wear solid navy blue uniforms or scrub attire. Print tops are not acceptable except for specific departments.Additional InformationParking is provided free of charge in designated employee and visitor areas.
