Direct Support Professional

Position Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Bound Brook, NJ. Schedule & Salary Second shift positions available. Starting salary $20.42 per hour, increases with education and experience. Responsibilities Ensure individuals are safe and healthy while attending our day program. Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in achieving goals for daily living skills, such as food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and shopping. Supervise the planning, implementation, and documentation of programs designed to meet the social, emotional, physical, and personal needs of individuals. Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities, and outings to involve individuals. Schedule and transport individuals to and from day program. Qualifications Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED. Valid non‑provisional driver's license. Age 18 or older (required). Availability to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
