The mission of the Street Team Member is simple: create excitement, start conversations, generate QR code scans, and bring people into the gym.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Field Marketing & Community Engagement
•     Represent UFC GYM professionally at all Company-approved marketing locations, which may include shopping centers, grocery stores, coffee shops, apartment communities, parks, schools (where permitted), sporting events, farmers markets, community festivals, local businesses, high-traffic intersections, and college campuses
•     Proactively engage with all members of the public-  families, students, young professionals, parents, fitness enthusiasts, and passersby- without prejudging who may become a member
•     Apply the 5-Second Rule: initiate conversation with confidence whenever eye contact is made, without hesitation
•     Deliver the Company's conversation script consistently and concisely, directing prospects to scan the QR code for the FREE One-Month Limited All-Access Membership offer
•     Respond to common prospect objections using approved talking points, always remaining positive and never arguing
•     Relocate to a new area within the assigned location if foot traffic and engagement slow down

QR Code & Offer Promotion
•     Maintain visible, chest-high presentation of the QR Code Sign throughout the shift
•     Allow each prospect to scan the QR code themselves and verify the scan was successful when possible
•     Thank each prospect after the interaction and move promptly to the next conversation

Shift Preparation & Reporting
•     Confirm all required equipment is on hand before every shift: QR Code Sign, flyers, fully charged phone, water, wristbands (if applicable), and promotional materials
•     Complete Before-Shift, During-Shift, and After-Shift checklist items, including clocking in/out, verifying the QR code is functional, reviewing the assigned location, and returning all equipment
•     Accurately report daily QR scan totals, best-performing marketing locations, and any member feedback to management at the end of each shift
•     Communicate any incidents, safety concerns, or issues encountered in the field to a manager immediately

Brand Representation & Conduct
•     Wear the required Street Team uniform (UFC GYM Street Team T-shirt, athletic shorts or pants, athletic shoes, and name tag if provided) and maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times
•     Follow all Golden Rules of the role: never pressure anyone, never block someone's path, never argue, never follow people, never enter businesses without permission, never stand in one place for extended periods, never use profanity, and never complain
•     Leave private property immediately if asked to do so by an owner or representative, and report the incident to a manager
•     When engaging on social media, promote UFC GYM positively and in accordance with Company social media guidelines
•     Show up on time, be coachable, support teammates, and represent UFC GYM with pride

Safety
•     Remain aware of surroundings at all times and use crosswalks when moving between locations
•     Stay hydrated and use sunscreen as needed while working outdoor shifts
•     Never approach aggressive or hostile individuals; disengage and notify a manager if a situation feels unsafe

QUALIFICATIONS
Required
•     Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
•     Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in the field with minimal supervision
•     Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for the duration of assigned shifts, in various weather conditions
•     Positive, coachable attitude and strong representation of the UFC GYM brand
•     Smartphone required for QR code verification and shift communication

Preferred
•     Prior experience in field marketing, promotions, brand ambassador work, sales, or customer-facing roles
•     Familiarity with or interest in fitness and the UFC GYM brand

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
•     Regularly required to stand, walk, and move for extended periods during outdoor and indoor shifts
•     Exposure to varying outdoor weather conditions at community marketing locations
•     May be required to carry or transport marketing equipment (e.g., QR Code Sign, flyers, promotional materials) between locations

PAY STRUCTURE
Paid hourly, plus commission on every QR code scan you drive. Your energy and hustle translate straight into extra pay.
