This is a highly visible role for a motivated professional who can successfully balance customer service, team leadership, quality control, and business development.What You'll DoBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with commercial landscape clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring quality, timely, and profitable service.Lead and support field crews, including morning dispatch, workload planning, performance management, coaching, and addressing employee or client concerns.Conduct proactive property and site quality inspections and communicate findings and action plans to clients and internal teams.Partner with branch leadership and operations to improve customer retention, service quality, productivity, and profitability.Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services and consultative selling.Network within the local market and generate referrals and new business opportunities.Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals and bids for additional services and new opportunities.Help the branch achieve its overall goals for quality, customer retention, growth, and profitability.What We're Looking For5+ years of commercial landscape experience with demonstrated client and crew management experience highly preferred.Proven experience managing a large portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.2- or 4-year college degree in Landscape Management, Horticulture, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.2–3+ years of experience training, leading, and managing multiple crews, gardeners, or field employees.3+ years of strong customer service, sales, account management, or comparable experience.Demonstrated success identifying opportunities and selling additional services to existing clients.Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present proposals and bids.Excellent time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with branch leadership and field teams.Professional presence and the ability to build trust with clients, employees, and business partners.Perks & Benefits$95,000–$105,000 annual salaryAnnual bonus potential based on individual and branch performanceHealthcare benefits401(k) match9 paid holidaysPaid vacation and sick leaveCompany-paid take-home vehicleCompany-paid cell phone and laptopPaid training and professional certificationsCareer advancement opportunitiesFast-paced, team-oriented work environmentA culture that values growth, longevity, teamwork, and mutual loyaltySpecific compensation may vary based on skills, experience, qualifications, and location.Grow With Gothic LandscapeAt Gothic Landscape, your success is our success.
