We are looking for an experienced Industrial Mechanic to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install industrial machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and determine the cause of equipment failures.
• Repair, replace, and adjust mechanical components, including bearings, belts, chains, gears, motors, and pumps.
• Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical testing equipment.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Work with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Industrial Mechanic, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and equipment manuals.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be reliable and safety conscious.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
