In this role, the candidate will work directly with the team to support staff, organize, direct, coordinate and control service activities to achieve outstanding customer service & brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have previous HVAC Technical experience, high-energy, and be an effective communicator. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for full financial for operationsReview company reports such as PMs, CINB, SLA and P&L and share with teamTake calls for customer escalation issues & being able to provide a solutionEnsure company goals are met monthly/quarterly/yearlyManage all Service-Level Agreements (SLA) with current/new clientsRecruit, hire, and develop service operations teamDevelop training plan for service support teamDelivery of goals and metrics for assigned groupEvaluate and perform annual reviewsIdentify and communicate where improvements can be utilizedQuality assurance on all work performed at customer facilitiesCover in absence of the next level managersCreate, communicate, and send weekly activity schedule to VP of OperationsQualifications7+ years of Management experience for an HVAC contracting business or building-related services companyO6A License RequiredHave an HVAC/R Technical BackgroundUnderstanding of the principles of quality management with respect to effective communicationExperience with management and conflict resolutionStrong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlinesAbility to adapt to very fast-paced environment and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oralAdvanced Microsoft Office and computer literacy
