Responsibilities

• Act as the front-line contact for customers by phone and walk-in, providing a warm greeting and professional service
• Manage rental inquiries and bookings, quoting rates and resolving requests in a single call whenever possible
• Serve as a product expert and consultant, understanding customer equipment needs and recommending solutions
• Coordinate rental logistics, including scheduling, delivery, and pickup of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, inventory, and client communications
• Manage rental equipment guidelines and policies
• Inspect equipment before and after rentals to confirm good working condition
• Conduct regular inventory checks and track equipment usage, scheduling routine maintenance as needed
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to the rental process
• Collaborate with team members to optimize rental processes and improve client satisfaction
• Support marketing efforts to promote rental services and attract new clients

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus
• Proven experience in customer service or rental coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and rental management software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive, adaptable attitude with a willingness to learn
