5. Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, demonstrating a results-oriented mindset.
6. Continuously build and maintain a strong network of potential customers through proactive prospecting, follow-ups, and referrals.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively position Richardson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram as the dealership of choice.
