Description: Patient Experience Senior Operations Specialist Remote (US) | Full-Time | Exempt

What You'll Do

Lead operational initiatives that support the Patient Experience organization and enhance patient care delivery

Manage documentation governance, including SOPs, operational resources, quality reviews, and audit readiness activities

Coordinate cross-functional projects, process improvements, and change management initiatives to drive operational efficiency

Support optimization of Patient Experience systems and technologies, including workflow enhancements, testing, implementation, and user support

Analyze operational data and reporting to identify trends, support business decisions, and drive continuous improvement

Partner with internal stakeholders to support budgeting, contract administration, escalations, and other operational activities

About You

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in healthcare, patient support, operations, medical device, or a related environment

Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Experience working with CRM platforms, document management systems, and operational technologies

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail

Self-motivated and able to independently manage priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Comfortable with occasional travel (up to 20%)

What We Offer

The pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $86,000-$105,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits.

Individual compensation within this range depends on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, prior education and experience, job-related knowledge and skills demonstrated.

NOVOFLEX: We offer a flexible, trust-based hybrid working model for most of our office-based roles. Employees are asked to be in the office three days per week.
