We are seeking a hands‑on, professional Kitchen Lead to oversee a small but growing culinary team and help shape the future of our vibrant dining experience. About The Role As Kitchen Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of 3-6 kitchen staff, ensuring food safety, quality, and presentation meet our high standards. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager as well as the Bar Manager and bartenders to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our rooftop pool setting and dining room seating 30 guests. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise kitchen team members during shifts, providing hands‑on support and guidance. Ensure strict adherence to food safety and cleanliness standards. Manage food ordering and inventory control to optimize costs and reduce waste. Assist in menu creation and development, focusing on quality and presentation. Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage Manager and Bar Manager to coordinate kitchen and bar operations. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment. Develop and mentor team members to foster professional growth and teamwork. Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications & Skills Proven leadership and management skills in a kitchen or food service environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Experience overseeing small teams (3-6 members) and working hands‑on during shifts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual candidates preferred. Ability to work collaboratively with F&B and bar teams. Skilled in food ordering, inventory management, menu creation, and food presentation. Professional demeanor with strong time management and organizational abilities. Passion for team development and fostering a positive work environment.
