Two Maids & A Mop of Manassas is hiring!
We’re looking for reliable, upbeat professionals to work as part of our two‑person cleaning teams. Join us and experience a supportive, fun work environment where hard work and top performance are celebrated.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ homes and perform routine and specific cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Work in teams using our Two Maids systems, products, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
- Follow safety and cleanliness standards to protect clients and maintain service quality.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and well‑maintained vehicle (we accept any age as long as it is clean, safe, and insured).
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Must have a positive, professional attitude and excellent teamwork skills.
- Availability Monday‑Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm.
- Reliable transportation to commute to job sites.
- English speaking and basic math skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay $12–$14, with potential weekly earnings of $500 + based on performance.
- Mileage reimbursement.
