Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join their client's team in California. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create and manage marketing budgets.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Develop branding and positioning strategies.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
• Coordinate content creation and promotional materials.
• Track and measure campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to support business objectives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and other marketing partners.
• Lead and mentor marketing team members when applicable.

Qualifications

• Education requirement is a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday

Benefits

Competitive salary with a range of $110,000 to $131,000 annually.
