CDR ProSource is seeking a dependable and hardworking Bilingual  Production Worker  for a full-time position in Jasper, TN. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing, handling, and processing materials throughout the galvanizing process. This position involves racking and unracking materials, inspecting finished products, operating basic tools, and maintaining a safe and organized production environment.

Requirements

• Tie and secure materials onto racks using wire, chains, or other approved methods to ensure safe movement through the galvanizing process.

• Prepare materials for pickling tanks using appropriate racks, ropes, and handling techniques.

• Assist with racking, unracking, cleaning, and organizing materials throughout production.

• Visually inspect forklifts, cranes, tooling, and other equipment before use to identify potential maintenance concerns.

• Learn proper racking techniques for different types of materials.

• Use hand tools, grinders, files, brushes, and bolt cutters to prepare and clean materials as needed.

• Inspect galvanized products for defects, including sags, runs, drips, bare spots, and other quality issues.

• Report damaged materials, equipment concerns, and quality issues to supervisors.

• Assist with material drying and preparation before hot dipping, as trained.

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized production areas.

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Assist with training new production helpers when assigned.

• Perform additional production and general labor duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing or industrial production experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a strong plus.

• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing facility.

• Previous experience using hand tools preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established safety procedures.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and material handling preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
