Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Soliant is seeking a motivated and driven Pharmacist for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing specialty pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer pharmacist or recent graduate who is eager to learn, develop specialized clinical skills, and grow into a long-term leadership opportunity.

Position Details:

Contract-to-hire
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Specialty pharmacy setting
Low prescription volume
Immediate start available

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical care for patients receiving specialty infusion therapies
Counsel patients and caregivers on medication administration, adherence, and side effect management
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care coordinators to optimize patient outcomes
Assist with prior authorizations, insurance navigation, and patient access programs
Support the management of specialty medications for chronic and complex disease states

Requirements:

Active Tennessee Pharmacist license required
Willingness to obtain additional state pharmacist licenses required
Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow in specialty pharmacy
Excellent communication and patient care skills
CareTend experience required
