Senior HR Generalist
Bell & Associates, Inc.
Manage complex employee relations and investigations. Coach managers on fair conflict resolution. Update and apply non-profit workplace policies. Ensure compliance with labor laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA). Support onboarding, retention, and performance reviews Lead hiring, interviewing, and welcoming new workers. Guide managers through staff conflict and performance reviews. Keep employee handbooks updated and follow labor laws. Manage pay scales, health plans, and worker benefits. Support workplace culture, inclusion, and team morale. Skills and Education Needed Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field. Three to five years of hands-on HR work experience. Knowledge of non-profit operations or volunteer coordination. Professional certificates like SHRM-CP or PHR are helpful. Strong active listening and problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
