ACT Specialist

ACT Specialist Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. Job Summary The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience. The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator. Qualifications and Requirements High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred. 1 year of experience working on an F/ACT team preferred. 1 year of experience working with the SMI population required. Additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred. Ability to pass a criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance. Recovery from alcohol or drugs and/or GMH for equal to or greater than 1 consecutive year preferred (or a combination of education and experience). Current AZ driver’s license. Clean 39‑month MVR.
