Pine Belt Ford is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist to join our team immediately!

We know that first impressions matter. As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors or call us.

SHIFT TIME: 8:00 am 7:00 pm (rotating shifts)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 2-3 SATURDAYS A MONTH

Responsibilities:

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned:

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
• Promote an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction.
• Promote an understanding of, and strong commitment to the Pine Belt Ford Team
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of departmental functions and staff sufficient to effectively assist callers and visitors.
• Professionally greet all visitors and callers.
• Efficiently operate a multi-line telephone to receive incoming calls and messages.
• Transfer calls to the correct person or department.
• If call cannot be connected, accurately record name, time of call, nature of business, and person called upon, and promptly dispense messages to appropriate persons/department.
• Prepare memos, correspondence, and other documents as directed.
• Perform a variety of clerical duties as directed.
• Provide support to other business office positions.
• Tend to customer coffee station.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication/listening skills, outgoing and positive personality.
• Excellent verbal and writing skills.
• Reliable/punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment.
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

Must pass a background check and drug-screen.
