We’re on the hunt for a self-motivated, independent go-getter to join our Parts Team as an Aftermarket Sales Representative, in the west TN and AK area. This role reports directly to our VP of Parts and offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with customers while enjoying the freedom to make your mark.

What You’ll Do

As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of EPG for our customers. Your mission? Build trust, solve problems, and deliver exceptional service. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

• Visit customers daily to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
• Create quotes, invoices, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Attend industry events and trade shows to showcase our top-tier products.
• Maintain company trucks (because we like to keep things running smoothly).
• Provide product demonstrations and develop creative solutions to past customer challenges.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. Here’s what it takes to thrive in this role:

• Proven experience in aftermarket sales or a similar role.
• Knowledge in heavy equipment parts
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A knack for negotiation and a passion for helping customers succeed.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (bonus points if you’re tech-savvy).
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel long distances.

Experience:

• Aftermarket Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• heavy equipment parts: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 100% (Required)
