HR Manager — Strategic People Leader in Logistics

Kenco Logistics is seeking an HR Manager to oversee site HR functions and training at the distribution center. The role focuses on delivering HR services, ensuring legal and policy compliance, and coaching managers and staff. Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS data, employee onboarding, and coordinating training on harassment, discipline, and performance. Travel ~25–50% is expected.
