AI Creative Lead

Driving the end-to-end AI UGC pipeline, the full-time AI Creative Lead will generate, edit, and test 20-50 TikTok ad variants weekly for a fitness and wellness brand while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the entire AI UGC pipeline, including hooks, scripts, avatar/voice generation, editing, and publishing Execute creative testing loops to analyze performance metrics and optimize ad variants rapidly Stay updated on the latest tools and navigate compliance with TikTok ad policies and content guidelines Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in creating AI-generated UGC, regardless of formal job title or years of experience Strong understanding of performance metrics such as hook rates, CPM, and CPA Proficiency with various creative tools and a willingness to adapt and rebuild workflows Ability to work independently and take initiative without needing permission Interest in fitness, supplements, or related fields is a plus
