Senior TREX SMEE Integrator

Job Description Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior TREX SMEE Integrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support to the J39 within the Joint Planning Process (JPP) to identify, plan, coordinate, and manage Training and Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (SMEEs) and related information environment (IE) activities. What You’ll Be Doing Synchronize OIE-related objectives into bilateral and multilateral exercises and engagements to ensure alignment with CCMD campaign objectives and J39 priorities. Coordinate across staff directorates, components, interagency, and partner nations to develop and execute TREX/SMEE events; integrate OIE considerations into exercise design and planning documents; track associated actions and milestones; ensure activities are synchronized with operational timelines and authorities. Provide technical support across OIE functions to strengthen partner relationships, enhance partner nation technical and tactical IE capabilities, and improve U.S. and partner interoperability to operate effectively and cohesively in the information environment. What Required Skills You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree and 13+ years of experience; years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years). Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher. Security Clearance Requirement An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position. Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $125,100.00 – $225,200.00. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays.
