We are seeking two dedicated school psychologists to provide crucial services to K-12 students—one full-time and one for maternity leave coverage—at a welcoming educational setting near Cumming, GA. Both openings offer a dynamic contract role of 30+ hours per week focused on fostering educational growth and emotional well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a school psychologist
• Experience or training with psychoeducational assessments in school-based settings
• Strong understanding of special education, learning disabilities, and behavioral/emotional challenges
• Expertise in consultation with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred with learning or behavioral concerns
• Consult with educators, administrators, and families to develop practical intervention strategies
• Participate in eligibility determination, Individualized Education Planning, and team meetings
• Provide direct support, crisis intervention, and counseling as needed to identified students
• Maintain detailed, accurate assessment records and uphold confidentiality
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school climate that values diverse student needs
