Senior Patient Account Representative

Overseeing the effective processing and posting of insurance payments, the full-time Senior Medical Posting Representative will work remotely to manage payment processing, troubleshoot rejections, and investigate refund requests. Key responsibilities Assists in maintaining quality control of data and correcting issues on vouchers Contacts physician offices to educate them on proper claim coding when information is insufficient Processes charge document batches, verifies total charges, and ensures required data elements are present on encounter forms Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent/relevant experience Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities Skilled in using office software and relevant computer applications Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with colleagues and stakeholders
