Job Description Job Description CNC MACHINE OPERATOR Automation Personnel Services is looking for a CNC Machine Operator for a company based in Tuscaloosa, AL. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up CNC machines, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring high-quality production standards. Pay Rate $15.00-$35.00 per hour (Based on experience) Schedule and Hours Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 5:00 pm CNC Machine Operator Duties and Responsibilities • Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or both) • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions • Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment CNC Machine Operator Qualifications and Requirements • 2+ years of CNC machining experience preferred • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints • Strong attention to detail and quality control • Experience with G-code and CNC programming is a plus • Familiarity with precision measuring tools Job Type Full-time, temporary Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance 40 Hours Service Bonus after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 6 paid Holidays after 1 year of continuous service and 1500 hours 401(k) Retirement Plan Automation Personnel Services is the only staffing agency specializing in manufacturing and industrial roles that offers 401(k) matching to all eligible contingent and temporary associates.
