Role Description The Personal Lines Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Leominster, MA. This position is responsible for managing a book of personal insurance accounts, including auto, home, and other personal lines policies. Day-to-day tasks include advising clients on coverage options, processing new policies, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, and responding promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person. The role involves providing proactive customer service, assisting clients with claims, explaining billing and policy documents, and maintaining accurate records in the agency management system. The Personal Lines Account Manager collaborates with colleagues and carriers to resolve issues, identify coverage gaps, and ensure that each client’s insurance program remains comprehensive and cost-effective. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Account Management and Personal Insurance to handle and grow a portfolio of personal lines clients. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate clearly, build relationships, and provide responsive, person-to-person support. Foundational knowledge of Insurance principles, products, and regulations relevant to personal lines; familiarity with Employee Benefits is a plus. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with agency management systems and standard office software. Ability to work on-site in Leominster, MA, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with team members and carrier partners. Prior experience in an insurance agency or related financial services environment preferred; active Property & Casualty license in Massachusetts or willingness to obtain one within a defined timeframe. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or relevant professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC) are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
