At Family Orthodontics of the Palm Beaches, we are passionate about creating confident smiles and delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team!

Position Details:

• Monday through Friday.
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of orthodontic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology preferred.
• Experience in sales and presenting treatment plans required.
• X-Ray Certification preferred.
• CPR Certification preferred.
• Must be willing to travel to our Lake Worth office as needed.

Key Skills:

• Ability to confidently present financial treatment plans to patients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Understanding of dental insurance benefits and coordination.
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a flexible team player.
• Experience in both front office coordination and clinical orthodontic workflows is a plus.
