Our Hospice Chaplains enjoy many benefits: Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM Flexible assignments, autonomy and work-life balance PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401K Benefits Online training, growth and ability to earn CEUs As a Hospice Chaplain, here's a big-picture view of what you will do: Conduct assessments of Hospice patients and their families' spiritual needs Ensure the appropriate spiritual services are provided in a timely manner by either providing such services to the patient/family or coordinating the provision of services with community clergy or spiritual counselors. Maintains records of spiritual services utilization and related activities as directed. Participates in the development of the interdisciplinary group plan of care to meet identified spiritual needs. Provides funeral or memorial services for patients as requested. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Graduate of accreditedseminary, school of theology and/or religious sturdies program (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree.)
